And although you'll be tempted to stay and enjoy the lush landscapes of the farm, there is plenty to do and see within a short walk or drive, including horseback riding and hot air ballooning, which are just 5 minutes away.

The village of Montisi, with a traditional bakery, cafe and post office, is a short stroll away while the larger towns of Pienza, Montepulciano and Montalcino — home of the famous Brunello wine — are a short drive. The historic cities of Siena (25 miles) and Florence (75 miles) are convenient destinations for day trips.
